To utilize this service, users simply need to download the app and log in using their Home Banking credentials. For those not yet registered for Home Banking, enrollment is required prior to using MovilCoop.

Similar to the Home Banking service, all information, balances, and transactions through MovilCoop are updated in real-time. For users' peace of mind, transactions are processed in a secure environment (SSL) with 128-bit encryption support, ensuring that the data exchanged is protected by encryption algorithms.
